On behalf of the Still Elementary Parent-Teacher-Student Association(PTSA), it is our pleasure to welcome you to our wonderful community!  Whether a new PTSA member or a returning member, we thank you for your contribution, time, and commitment to our organization, our teachers, and most importantly our students!  We are looking forward to a great year filled with fantastic events, community building activities, and most importantly supporting our kids and teachers so they can continue to attain excellence in education.

The primary way to make this the best year for your family and our community is to join the PTSA! This is your chance to be a member of a great organization that funds many of the opportunities you see around campus. Your support enhances your child’s experiences at our school.

This year we are excited to launch our PTSA Online Store!
Joining PTSA has never been easier. With a few clicks you can purchase your PTSA Membership Package online (New Still Merchandise!) and have it delivered to your child’s homeroom. Our Platinum Package will once again include a 2017-2018 Yearbook as well as a $20 Spirit Wear Voucher (plus other goodies)!

PTSA membership is a great opportunity to get involved with your child’s school and help make it a great place to learn and have fun!

Access the store via stillptsa.com or stillptsa.com/product-category/2017ptsa/

Please contact Ellen Sampieri at membership@stillptsa.com with any questions.

The next way to make it the best school year is to volunteer!  It has been proven that a child whose parent(s) are involved in his/her education and school experience is a more successful student.  By getting involved at home and school, children do better – grades are higher, test scores rise, self-esteem grows, and schools improves. By joining and volunteering in the PTSA there is no better way to get connected. Know what’s happening at Still, meet other parents and teachers, and build a rapport, plus share ideas, concerns, and experiences. By volunteering you put your skills, interests, and hobbies to work!
We are looking for parents to volunteer as Committee Chairs for the 2017-2018 school year. We are making plans now to make it a great school year and we need your help.

The following committees need new chairs. Please take a look and let us know if you are willing to help us out!:

  • Hospitality
  • Winter Dance – 4th/5th Grades
  • Talent Show

Please contact Keisha Hines-Craft at president@stillptsa.com if you would like more information on any of these committees and what the job entails and/or if you would like to volunteer

It has been said that the number one reason why people don’t join PTSA is because no one asked – we are asking!  Join us and help make this the best year yet!

Please join us for our first PTSA Meeting of the Year, Tuesday, August 8th at 6:30pm.

Let’s Go Team Still!
